Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID along with your email address or phone number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Place the unused shoes back in their original box with all tags intact to ensure they pass our quality inspection for a successful refund.

  Free Doorstep Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your location within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

  Refund or Replacement

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will immediately process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair.
